Personnel

Full-time staff includes gifted teachers, coaches, and counselors. They are recruited in a talent search. A professional 100% retention program includes a very enhanced salary-and-all-benefits package.

All personnel are required to empower and inspire students as a prime condition of their 12-month renewable employment contracts (which include paid annual leave for professional development). Personnel policies are outlined in the publication ANGEL Staff Personnel and Office Policies & Procedures.

Office Sites

The central office of ANGEL will be located in Hillsborough, North Carolina, between Burlington and Durham, close to Chapel Hill and Raleigh.
